Our mission
Quantify material reality
Most strategic decisions still rely on financial indicators that underestimate material constraints. In a context of geopolitical rivalry and pressure on critical resources, this approach is no longer enough to protect productive capacity over time.
Navigable puts material reality back at the center of strategic decisions.
A disruption in a critical input, refining capacity, or logistics corridor can neutralize an entire value chain, even when financial signals remain favorable.
By quantifying the physical flows that sustain the real economy, we provide institutions, industrial players, and investors with a robust basis to plan, arbitrate, and secure commitments.

The infrastructure of the European economy
We are building an actionable knowledge base on the interdependencies that determine Europe's industrial continuity.
By structuring millions of data points on trade flows, energy systems, processing capacity, and critical infrastructure, our model reveals systemic vulnerabilities that remain invisible in traditional sector-based approaches.

Institutional rigour
Data sourced from verifiable organizations and industrial references, supporting decisions that commit both public authority and private capital.
Systemic view
A graph architecture that links extraction, processing, logistics, and end uses to model propagation effects across entire value chains.
Strategic pragmatism
Decision-oriented outputs designed to prioritize actions, calibrate industrial policies, and assess investment robustness.
Organisation
Origins
Navigable was founded in 2026 by Jean-Elie Barjonet, an engineer by training with over ten years of experience architecting and processing complex data.
Navigable operates through a lean, focused structure. The development of the algorithmic core and the maintenance of the data infrastructure are centralized, ensuring rigorous consistency of the model. For specific sectoral issues or the integration of complex geographic scales, we mobilize complementary expertise from a qualified network of researchers and specialized analysts.
Ecosystem and partnerships
We develop our models in direct engagement with sovereignty, planning, and industrial financing challenges. We collaborate with institutions, industrial operators, and financial partners who want to decide on objective physical constraints.
